I am working hard to have a good eating plan. This week was good. Had a few splurges over the weekend, but that is ok, because life goes on. Tonight I started the Community Weight Loss Challenge by Community Ed. It seems pretty good - we'll learn about our cravings and how to control them. It is 10 weeks, so I'll try hard. My goal over the next 10 weeks is 20 lbs, I big goal, but I'll give it a shot.
I'm supposed to find a "fluffy" photo and put it where I am most tempted to eat. Then a "perfect" photo and put it where you see things the most as a motivator. Now, to find the photos.
Also need to set goals 10 meaningful goals as to why I want to lose this weight. HMMMM - I'd like to look at myself in photos and not say oh, that's when I was fat or Oh, that is when I lost weight. Just simply think, I look good. Or even trying to avoid photos, which is what I do most times now.
