Well, haven’t been tracking my calories since last September. During winter holidays I added a couple of lbs, obviously. I work out every day, at least 30 min but been slacking in my diet.
62.1 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
