Keep thinking positive... it's down slightly and certainly better than a gain right?!!! I know it's hard to stick with it... but you CAN do it Jayne. I'm wishing you every success for this week, just keep that focus on healthy eating for your Christmas Challenge countdown and if you can get in some cardio exercise too, as it really does make a difference. I'm rooting for you... so come on, you can get those scales moving down. ;o)
