Today I am changing my goal target weight. I hit my first goal and now it's time to set my next destination.
I split my system this way as not to seem destin to seem to fail. I really celebrated the first goal! Now othe the next leg of this journey!
86.0 kg Lost so far: 49.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
