Here I am again dragging myself out of denial and the false assumption that I can eat like everyone else and maintain or not gain weight!!!
I am so proud of the fact that I don't weigh 300+ anymore but I don't want to be in the group that gains it all back- or even a third of it back.
I have always told people who talk to me about my weight loss- to don't give up- don't quit trying. I was 40 before I finally found what worked for me- now I need to keep telling myself- don't give up!
