The last three days have been a whirlwind of travel and eating out. I was proud of myself that I ate at a Japanese Hibachi and avoided rice (gave it to Gwen in exchange for her veggies) and at a Mexican place and got a salad (I did eat a few of the chips while waiting for our food). I stuck fairly well to plan but got little to no activity other than driving a lot!!

Hopefully will get back on track diet wise this week and then start the gym next week.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
