It’s been a good week. Boys are still getting us to the Y frequently. I am still horrible at basketball 🏀, but they have fun. Started back to some weight training this week. So a small drop but nice NSV in getting more active. Onwards and downwards.
129.8 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 48.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
