Woo hoo!! 13 down in 2 weeks. Hope I can keep this up. More fiber, more exercise. If I only felt like I had lost that much. To find some tight clothes I can now get into. Hmmmm......
86.6 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
