This week was rough. I don't know how I ended up still losing. Granted I didn't even weigh in at all last week so the loss was just a smidgen. I have been having belly issues for like 2 weeks. This past week was my birthday week so on top of having belly issues I took a cheat week. PLUS, my medication has been increased and it makes me feel like crap. Needless to say, I'm back starting today. Eating yummy carbs was fun and all but I didn't feel in control. Not only did the diet go to pot but so did my housework, sleep and other self-help stuff I'm doing. It feels good to be back and in control again.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
