Almost there.. 270.2... I've almost lost 5 pounds in a week.. Great! I've lost all that carb weight that I gained during that mega stressful week.
I totally got my butt handed to me when I decided to try and do something different.. Taebo. I haven't done it in about 5 years.. I forgot how intense it was.. but I did 2/3 of it. AND my Tummy Trimmers workout thing..
Loving the workouts, loving the food... Last night I had Ginger Dijon glazed porkchops with a half of a sweet potato. I know they're not allowed on Phase 1 of SBD, but they are on phase 2.. and I'm going to go ahead and do it.. just slowly..
