Hari senin adalah hari penimbangan rutin mingguan. Biasa nya turun 0,5kg. Tapi kali ini +0,1kg gegara liburan seminggu kemarin ga defkal, makan karbo berlebih ga seimbang sama asupan proteinnya, tiap hari ada makan gorengan, ga sempet olah raga..Hari ini semangat back on track lagi 😗
55.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
