Gained a few pounds over the holidays. But, I recently joined a kickboxing gym and am following a new meal plan. I fully expect the weight to start melting off while I build muscle and get healthier. I'm excited.

I'm not motivated just because it's a new year. I'm motivated because it's time to take better care of myself.

I'm ready.
