I cannot get back to Monday, December 30, when I started back on the Metabolic Renewal Diet. I recorded my weight at 160 pounds, but it didn't stick, and defaulted back to my 155 lb. weight in July 2019. So now it looks like I have gained 2 lbs. in one day, even though at 157.8 I am "down" two pounds from 160 on Monday! Grrrr!
