These numbers are going in the WRONG direction. I restarted my exercise 3 days ago. I'm addressing others are of my life that lead to poor food choices. Current WOE- vegetarian transitioning to vegan. Low in net carbs, processed foods and fats. High in fiber. Hope it works. I commit to pics of everything I eat.
