Yes! And for the first time in years my BMI is in the “normal” range at 24.9!!!! I feel so much better than I have in years! No more stomach aches, no heartburn, less aches and pains in my muscles (unless I’m exercising, which of course is normal!) I feel totally liberated! A big thank you to all of you here for helping me with all of your support! I’m definitely not done, but this a huge victory for my confidence and my health!!! Yay yay yay!!!
