Little bits of progress. Had a week of go live coverage for a new software at work, so I didn’t eat the best in the midst of 15 hour days. Good news is I offset it quite a bit with physical activity. Walked 10-15k steps a day.
135.5 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 53.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
