Yesterday, IF, 5x5 shoulder workout, 101 protein, 141 fat, 20 carbs, Chipotle, taco salad, mct twice, hemp oil twice, nuts before bed
72.8 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
