Going to stop eating my usual breakfast of whole wheat toast and peanut butter, and switch to a green smoothie (I has my first one yesterday with spinach, blueberries, banana, greek yogurt, and a bit of milk and it was delicious!). While toast with pb isn't the worst thing I eat, it's also not the best, and I eat it every day.
