Took the day off yesterday- frustrated with my lack of progress so I took the day to reevaluate what I am doing. Think I need to change up my exercise and look to eat more lean protein and less carbs. I guess my age is catching up with me and making it harder to lose the extra pounds. Still need to exercise twice this week.
