Truth be told, I keep on binging. I’ve been eating over 2000 cals a day. Instead of fasting, I’m going on the oatmeal diet, as I can eat and hopefully NOT BINGE :(
47.6 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
