finally....after hitting a plateau for about a month I finally make my goal of losing 50 lbs (51 as of today)! I kept true to the plan I set out and kept working at it. most kept telling me it's now muscle gain as I have lost a lot of the body fat! I know losing 50 lbs is just a number but it was physlogical as well. So like they all say..... stick with.... results will happen!! I am grateful to all that have helped me on my journey! without guidance...support. this would have been tougher!
