Aku gak olahraga,di bantu aktivitas di rumah aja. cuma makan nya pagi buah,siang nasi+sayur+ikan tp gak digoreng cuma di beri bumbu dan di rebus, sore makan ubi + ikan. Jam 6 sore udah gak makan.sampai jam 8 pagi.
Aku selalu makan ubi sore hari,karena kenyang nya awet.
Takaran nasi nya cuma 100 gr.ubi 100gr.
