Yesterday, IF, 90 protein, 124 fat, 27 carbs, 5x5 back workout, meatballs, mct twice, yogurt, prosciutto, pico, progranola, nuts before bed
72.7 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
