Learning to eat all different kinds of veggies that are low carb. Had mashed celry root last night and ate left over this morning with a fried egg so good don't think I'll ever miss potatoes again.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
