emang ya cutting kalori terlalu banyak malah bikin naik turun. . aku cutting 500kal turun terus aku seminggu ini ga olahraga karna kerjaan gabisa di tinggal . . cuma palingan jalan muter kampung rumah / 10 menit aja kalo sempet
