Okay, So I was panicking yesterday when I hit 160 on the scale after having a twenty plus minute jog out on the pavement. It must have been waterweight or something cause I am down a couple pounds again. I am amazed at how much Ive lost in the last little while but I am forcing myself to jog and sticking to a low carb diet.
Some of the stuff im eating isnt all that tasty but good lord cutting out alcohol, fast food and carbs has gotta make something happen. I am gonna eat whatever I like for meals on the weekends. Not going to go crazy but a day for eating a peice of cake if I want etc should be ok. I am getting alot of support from my sister and it is amazing how much more help a support person can give, and help me stick to it.
