Yesterday, IF, 5x5 chest workout, 87 protein, 115 fat, 29 carbs, Chipotle, chicken with teriyaki, progranola, mct twice, hemp oil once, nuts before bed, 1 teaspoon of salt
73.6 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week
