今天到台中出差 客戶中午請吃麻辣鍋超爆表的啦
只吃了肉 酸菜白肉鍋的菜
一顆丸子 一個牡蠣 兩片大腸頭 一塊豆腐
熱量真的很難估
還喝了一杯330ml的啤酒 我大概倒了70ml給別人
晚上只好吃subway鮮嫩雞柳平衡一下

繼續加油 明天飛輪還債
