Yesterday, IF, 5x5 shoulder workout, 137 protein, 70 fat, 31 carbs, homemade chipotle, yogurt twice, progranola,muscle milk, cheesehead, nuts before bed, 1/2 teaspoon of salt
72.6 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
