I just can't seem to reach the 200's very fast at all!!!!

You're almost there! Look at you, you've lost 55 pounds so far! Go find something that weighs that much and see if you can lift it...don't hurt your back :-) Then, remember you used to be hauling that around ALL the time! Good job, and don't stop now! :-)
