11/6 今天是正常吃喝運動約會日!💪 昨晚耐不住餓有偷喝小杯味增湯的湯包,然後覺得不行(?)立刻又吃了酵母菌還是照顧腸胃的保健品(別人請的😂)⋯⋯總之早上稱重前就順排軟便了、脫水瘦💩 - 10:00 早 12:30午(上完課累爆,腿要廢了,碳水化合物好吃😂飯大概吃了3/4🐷 19:10晚 一整個碳水化合物大爆炸⋯⋯但飽且好吃_(:_」∠)_ 真罪惡。
