start minggu ini 86.3kg..sekalian puasa sekalian diet GM..minggu kemarin d hajar makanan fun food trs😑tp happy jd turunnya dkit bgt..16 kg smp akhir taun....😩
86.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
