Hi all, Everything is going well. I think if I stay committed to eating well and working out I will reach my goal. I bought a weighted hula hoop (3 pounds) it promises to take 2 inches off my waist in a month and I am all for that. I think the other one I bought helped take inches off as well. None of my clothes fit that were tight two months ago. I have some things in my closet that are smaller sizes and I fit them comfortably. I see myself needing to alter or buy new clothes soon. I think I have gotten my eating habits under control as well. I want to set a good example for the students, so I balance my meals eaten at school. It has become a habit that I continue at home.
