碳水化合物的反撲😭
量一變多就不行了呢⋯⋯好哀桑
昨天吃完午餐後15:30開始斷食
休假比上班日還危險哈哈
明顯感受到胸部的變小🙄為什麼不能瘦其他地方呢⋯⋯期待之後的運動
