Injured my left foot and didn’t do a lot of cardio. Not sure what was wrong - same socks, same sneakers, same treadmill. But now it’s all bruised 🤦🏻♀️

Sometimes if I lace the shoe too tight, the arch support bruises my foot (I have very high arches)
