The daily fluctuation in my weight when I add carbs to my diet is incredible that's why I think it's only good to weigh yourself once a week at the same time in the morning.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
