Started out the trip to Evansville good, but then one fast food place led to another and the choices became poor and then the feeding frenzy began.
REMEMBER: The food you eat - whether in front of someone or on your own DOES count. If you eat it, it counts!!!
Today is a recommitted day. Reunion in 3 weeks - Rene in 4 weeks - I need to do this for me, not for those events, but if they provide the motivation, I'm going to do it.
Didn't exercise this morning, but will get the Gazelle out for tonight and start with the news. I also need to get to bed earlier to let my body rest and build the strength I need to be fit and healthy.
GOAL THIS WEEK: Exercise 3 mornings and walk 5 nights during the news. Look up cardiosteroid diet tips.
