Yesterday, IF, 5x5 triceps and shoulders, 79 protein, 147 fat, 27 carbs, omelette, cheesehead, yogurt, progranola, mct twice, hemp oil twice, nuts before bed, period, 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
72.1 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.8 kg a Week
