Thanks, I'm hovering around 168 on average, generally +/- 3lbs of normal fluctuations, just doing the normal thing now. I should probably change the goal amount, I think it keeps triggering in the app as I cross either side of the threshold.
I've noticed the weekend pattern too. Probably because during the week, usually 2-3 days I end up only eating one meal. What I'm eating hasn't changed at all but I rarely have just one meal on the weekend, still doing 16 hours min of no eating.
