2 hari d hajar makan kotor(makan ga sehat)jadilah naik lagi..ngemil kemarin ga ke kontrol..turun nya susah bgt naik nya..perut d ksh lemak langsung menggendat lagi😢😢😢padahal olahrga rutin..diet =mengatur pola makan..70% pola makan,30% olahraga..perbaiki biar turun lagi😣
