Okay, did well over the holidays, then slid back. Just too easy to indulge in the holiday goodies. but I managed to maintain and not gain, which I suppose is a plus.
Going on a cruise with my daughter during Spring Break, so would like to be a bit more toned by then. Moved the treadmill into the living room, ( it was in the family, where it was too-o easy to just close the door), so now it's sitting there, and every day, I have to look at it. Started slowly, just 10 minutes, then 12, then 15. Trying not to overdo it, but just ease into it. I hate exercise, but do okay when I have a distraction.
