Had a rough couple months. Scale will not move. Goes up 3-4 pounds then back down.
Did not write down food for the last 10 days. Got on the scale today was happy to see back down to 19 of my original 20 pound loss. Slow but joint pain hampering exercise doesn't help. Started again today writing, counting, ect. Need 31 more lb to hit 50 goal. Onward!
