Had Starbucks yesterday. NOT worth the carbs! Had little veggies yesterday because the starbucks was 19 carbs. Live and learn.
83.3 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
