So i got a little nervous the other day. I had dropped down to 168.4...that was a 7lb drop in 6 days. Without trying. No change in diet or exercise. My trainer said that the body can do strange things. I had ine of my best workouts the other say (60 pushups with a 20lb vest on), I feel good, no strange stool...the mind goes to dark places. Went and got full blood work done. Today after eating an additional 500-600 calories per day i am back to 172 . while there may be nothing wrong with my family history my mind went right to the big C. Waiting for the results but I am sure i am fine. i did a lot of research yesterday and apparently this does happen from time to time. I did eat a lot of heavy fatty food yesterday to see if I would gwt sick/nausea from it which would have been a bad sign but happy to say besides being stuffed I felt fine....and the Pizza was delish. For me you can never be to safe.
