There I go again....had alcohol last night but lost. I didn't lose when I didn't have any. So strange.

I downloaded the mobile app for this site but can't seem to get it tied into my account. Not sure how to do that. Might have to check out the forums.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
