이번주 잘먹고 다닌것에 비해 체중이 52 초반으로 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
운동한 티가 나는덜까?
당분간 요가는 쉴 생각인데
고민되네 .ㅜㅜ49 kg 필!!
평영 접영 영법 잘해보기 !!!
