I thought I did well this week, unfortunately it included a lot of eating out. I did for the most part make good choices. The scale doesn't show it, but I'll continue on this new path and it will eventually. I can tell in my ring that I feel lighter.
I will keep going. Anna had her appendix out yesterday - poor girl she was so sick. Tonight she is back home and on her way to full recovery.
I know she will be fine, but it was scary. I did well for the most part in food today while at the hospital.
Egg bake with broccoli for breakfast and a big bowl of berries - loved it! The coffee probably wasn't the best choice after that, but it felt like an ok thing to do.
Lunch was a great salad and ministroni soup - good load of veggies. Should have stopped there, but then had a 1 oz bag of Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookies - they were yummy and I don't regret having them, just the points were high.
Tonight was a turkey sub way sandwich, not a bad choice either.
Tomorrow I'll work on it again and go from there. My goal this week would be to go back to the 200 mark, here we go!!!
