배부른 느낌이 싫어서 평소 식사의 절반으로 줄였다
밥(1/4)+보쌈(3조각)+무말랭이(8조각)+김치(5조각)+생김(4장)+군만두(1조각)
여행후... 식후 맥주의 유혹을 떨쳐내기 힘들다...😓
탄산수라도 마셔야하나 싶을정도..🤔
