Haaaay sahabat diet kasih saran dong bwt ku... 🙏🙏🙏... Bb ku naik lg 😭😭😭.. 2 hari yg lalu senang bgt turun dikit 55'6..eeeeh hari ini nimbang 66'5...harus gmn ya???
66 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
