Thanks! I'm sure trying!!! I think I may have figured out the reasons for my stall....I had bought a bunch of low carb sweet snacks because I have such a sweet tooth. I didn't ever go overboard (had one of them per day at most), but they all had maltitol or sucralose in them, which in my research I found to have high glycemic indexes (almost as bad as real sugar!) Which of course would have increased my insulin levels. I took my ketone levels and there was the proof...almost non existent. So I havent had any of those snacks in about 3 days now and ketones have improved significantly. And I'm losing again. Lesson learned.

That is a great lesson right there. I do OK with some sucralose but maltitol is not my thing at all. Always learning!!!! Great on double checking it
